The organisers behind the highly successful Paris Blockchain Week Summit 2019 have announced the event will return next spring.
Chain Accelerator, Woorton, Datalents, and The French Digital Asset Association (FD2A) have said the milestone gathering will be returning to Station F in Paris on March 31 and April 1 as part of a week-long convergence of global blockchain talent on the French capital.
Bertrand Perez, managing director and COO of the Libra Association, made the official announcement of the PBWS’s return this week, saying it will bring together a host of prominent organisations and individuals in the industry.
“There is no shortage of talent contributing to the lively blockchain ecosystem in Paris,” he said.
“Within Europe, Paris certainly has a significant role to play in furthering the adoption of blockchain and digital assets, and PBWS plays a significant role in this growth.
“We are aligned in our vision to foster an engaged and informed community globally, and events such as PBWS will undoubtedly propel forward the next generation of innovative companies.”
The event will feature a range of meet-ups, keynotes, workshops, and hackathons around the city.
Michael Amar, co-host of PBWS, added: “After a very engaging event in 2019, we are thrilled to build on this momentum and bring an even bigger and better event for the blockchain community.
“As the first of its kind in Paris, PBWS will continue to promote the growth of innovative technology not only within Europe, but on a global scale.”
