Binance respalda el primer banco descentralizado del mundo en Malta

Ha invertido $155 millones (£101 millones) en Founders Bank, lo que le da una participación del 5% en la nueva institución impulsada por blockchain con propiedad tokenizada.

Según las normas financieras de la UE, los inversores del Banco Fundador deberán solicitar una licencia de los reguladores de Malta, que se ha convertido en una cadena de bloques internacional y un concentrador criptográfico debido a sus normas sólidas y transparentes del espacio .

«Malta tiene el honor de ser elegida como la ubicación del primer banco mundial de propiedad comunitaria», dice Silvio Schembri, ministro junior de la Oficina del Primer Ministro. Chanpeng Zhao, CEO de Binance, comenta: «Malta es el terreno de fusión para las finanzas tradicionales y blockchain».
