¿Tienes lechera? Carrefour vuelve a la cadena de bloques

¿Tienes lechera? Carrefour está de vuelta en la cadena de bloques. Carrefour continúa sus aventuras en blockchain aplicando la tecnología para rastrear leches.
A partir de este mes, el gigante minorista francés está vendiendo productos lácteos microfiltrados con cadena de bloques Carrefour Quality Line que, según afirma, garantiza a los consumidores la trazabilidad completa de los productos en toda la cadena de suministro.
Esto se basa en otras iniciativas. El mes pasado, informamos que Carrefour Belgium estaba usando blockchain para rastrear la carne, mientras que Carrefour Italia estaba aprovechando la tecnología para cítricos. Más información aquí.
También se ha unido a la red de seguimiento de alimentos de IBM, Food Trust.
