Fanfare’s crypto-philanthropy framework enables charitable donations with digital assets

Fanfare Global are collaborating with Spring Rain Global to launch and manage an online wallet, which will be made available to donors and allow charities to accept donations in the form of cryptocurrency.

The adoption of FAN tokens (Fanfare’s digital currency) into this crypto-charity ecosystem leverages on an existing donor pool through Fanfare’s Social Commerce ecosystem.

To help kick-start Spring Rain Global’s Social Commerce Philanthropy infrastructure, Fanfare has pledged to contribute a matching grant of $2 million worth of FAN tokens into the donation pool.

In addition to digital currency donations, Fanfare is supplementing the ecosystem by developing a Charity eStore (to redeem items and services) as well as building a marketplace for charities, donor merchants, and service providers.
