Blockchain venture MarketOrders détruit la cible Crowdcube. MarketOrders, qui fait appel à la technologie blockchain pour rendre le processus d'achat de bijoux plus transparent, a dépassé un objectif de financement participatif de 400 000£.
La startup, qui a été lancée en 2016 et qui a été auto-financée à ce stade, a recueilli un total de £448 420 auprès de 214 investisseurs sur Crowdcube et prévoit d'utiliser l'argent pour lancer officiellement sa plateforme.
Ram Krishnna Rao, cofondateur et PDG de MarketOrders, déclare : « Après avoir travaillé dans un certain nombre de projets de joaillerie dans le passé, je suis confiant que nous avons un modèle d'affaires solide dans MarketOrders. Il y avait une lacune évidente sur le marché pour un marché en ligne qui offre aux indépendants des avantages d'achat supérieurs, et nous sommes ravis d'offrir la plateforme à un plus grand nombre de détaillants et de fournisseurs au cours des prochains mois. »
