Tatum Set To Allow Developers To Build On More Blockchains Than Any Other Framework

Brno, Czechia, 10th February, 2022, Chainwire

The blockchain development framework Tatum added 16 new blockchains in 2021, bringing the total number of supported blockchain protocols to more than 40. This unprecedented scope of support combined with 300+ developer features will serve to facilitate blockchain adoption across a wide range of industries and product verticals.

Tatum simplifies development and allows any developer to build blockchain apps. It provides two essential components: scalable blockchain infrastructure and a unified framework to speed up development. Other blockchain platforms like Alchemy, Infura, and Moralis are primarily focused on one blockchain, Ethereum, and only offer limited feature sets for a handful of other blockchains.

With Ethereum’s skyrocketing gas fees and crawling transaction times, many developers and enterprises are looking for alternative blockchain networks. Without any practical framework to accelerate the development process, most blockchain app implementations are prohibitively expensive and bound to fail. With Tatum’s extensive features, it is now possible to build blockchain apps from start to finish on any supported blockchain, quickly and cost-effectively.

“We are constantly being approached by developers and enterprises to help them get their blockchain apps off the ground. They all want the same things: more blockchains, better tools, and more features to build with. Over the last year, we kicked into overdrive to deliver on their requests, and we’re confident that anyone coming from any other web3 development platform will find Tatum to be a significant upgrade,” explains Jiri Kobelka, CEO at Tatum.

In 2021, Tatum added Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Tron, Solana, Algorand, Celo, Flow, Dogecoin, Harmony, XDC, Elrond, Quorum, Scrypta, Cardano, Qtum, and KCC. The framework supports thousands of digital assets on all supported blockchains and allows developers to instantly create their own cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

About Tatum
Tatum supports over 40 blockchain protocols and is used by over 18,000 developers from around the world. Apps built on Tatum are used by tens of millions of end-users and process billions of dollars worth of transactions per month. Last year, Tatum won the European Startup World Cup Finale and became a top 5 finalist in the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield as the first-ever blockchain startup selected to participate.
