Wells Fargo confirme la répression de la carte de crédit crypto

Elle se rallie aux côtés de Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase & Co. et Bank of America, signalant des craintes que la volatilité des Bitcoin et autres pourraient amener les acheteurs à renier sur les remboursements.

« Nous le faisons afin d'être cohérents dans l'entreprise Wells Fargo en raison des multiples risques associés à cet investissement volatil. Cette décision est conforme à l'ensemble de l'industrie », déclare un porte-parole de Wells Fargo.

Toutefois, la banque « continuera d'évaluer la question au fur et à mesure que le marché évoluera ».
