Oracle fa causa CryptoOracle per 'fare trading sulla sua reputazione'. Il gigante IT Oracle sta citando in giudizio l'avvio della blockchain CryptoOracle sul suo nome.
CRN riferisce di aver presentato una causa contro la società e Louis Kerner, suo proprietario e socio dirigente, rivendicando la violazione del marchio e cybersquatting nel Northern District of California.
La denuncia afferma che l'impresa newyorkese ha scelto intenzionalmente il marchio CryptoOracle «per commerciare la reputazione di Oracle come innovatore e leader nel settore tecnologico, e per evocare tra i consumatori la buona volontà che Oracle ha costruito nel suo famoso marchio».
Né Oracle né CryptoOracle hanno risposto a una richiesta di commento.
