Santander will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence in the finance sector at the third annual RegTech Automation and Compliance Forum later this month.
Taking place September 19 2019 in London, the conference will showcase a number of interesting views from across the industry about artificial intelligence.
City and Financial Group will host the event which will bring together some of the leading minds in the industry to discuss the importance of AI.
The use of artificial intelligence is becoming more prominent within financial institutions as it helps to address risk management and regulatory compliance issues.
However, questions remain over how many financial bodies are taking advantage of the technology and how quickly they are adopting AI-based tools and techniques.
Speakers from Santander Group
Igor Sumkovski, senior manager of financial crime oversight at Santander, will be sharing his experience of the potential of AI and Machine Learning in the financial sector.
He will be discussing topics such as whether the application of AI allows for greater accuracy when it comes to speech to text, if the right governance and controls are in place, and how to manage data privacy and protection.
An exceptional panel of speakers
Sumkovski isn’t the only speaker to bring his views to the event. There will also be an exclusive forum that brings together a wide variety of speakers who can offer practical guidance on choosing and implementing RegTech solutions.
