Wells Fargo conferma il bloccaggio delle carte di credito crittografate

Si schiera accanto a Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase & Co. e Bank of America, segnalando i timori che la volatilità di Bitcoin et al potrebbe indurre gli acquirenti a rinnegare i rimborsi.

«Lo stiamo facendo per essere coerenti in tutta l'azienda Wells Fargo a causa dei molteplici rischi associati a questo investimento volatile. Questa decisione è in linea con l'industria globale», afferma un portavoce di Wells Fargo.

La banca, tuttavia, «continuerà a valutare la questione man mano che il mercato evolve».
