Nouriel Roubini labels Andreas Antonopoulos a “whale dumping onto bagholders”

Nouriel Roubini has slammed Andreas Antonopoulos on Twitter after he stated: “Lot’s of people have lost lots of money recently and it is not helpful to make empty promises, share shitty memes, or criticise others’ choices”.

Roubini, however, called him out for “peddling for years crypto crap to clueless HODLers”.

“You are a hypocrite at best or most likely a Whale dumping your shit unto foolish BagHolders,” he said.

Bitshamed

In December 2017, Antonopoulos  received donations worth around 100 Bitcoins after being “bitshamed” for being poor by Roger Ver.

He proclaimed at the time: “I’m not a Bitcoin millionaires. I was working for free, instead of investing, for the first two years. Only recently got out of debt. My supporters on Patreon, many at $5/month, make it possible for me to work with independence.”

His latest work is a collaboration with Ethereum co-founder Gavin Wood and is due for release in Q4 2018.

Mastering Ethereum is aimed at developers, offering a guide to the operation and use of Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, RootStock (RSK) and other compatible EVM-based open blockchains.
