Heavily involved in the sale of her previous recruitment business to James Cann, the Dragons Den entrepreneur. Founder and CEO of Coin Rivet and mother to four amazing children.
Editorial Director Darren is a former daily newspaper editor and award-winning journalist with a media career spanning three decades. He previously worked for Trinity Mirror. From becoming the UK’s youngest newspaper editor at the age of 24 he has most recently held positions as Editorial Director and Non-Executive Director at several international business and economics publications.
Jonathon is a qualified marketing professional (CIM DipM, MA Marketing) with 30 years experience. 10 years financial services marketing experience. He’s worked for global brands such as NatWest, The Financial Times, Haymarket Media, The Wellcome Trust & The Department of Health and managed agency accounts for AXA, Credit Suisse, HSBC Offshore & Canon Professional Print.
Scott has been working in technology and business journalism for nearly 20 years, with a focus on FinTech, retail, payments and disruptive technology. He has been Editor of such titles as FStech, Retail Systems and IBS Journal and also contributed to the likes of Retail Technology Innovation Hub, PaymentEye, bobsguide, Essential Retail, Open Banking Hub, TechHQ and Internet of Business.
James has over 12 years’ experience developing websites and software applications. Having spent the last 5 years working in a leading web development agency, heading up a front end development team of 15, producing work for some of the largest lifestyle and hospitality brands across the US and UK. With a solid background in PHP, mostly specialising in WordPress and Drupal, James now heads up the technology team at Coin Rivet.

Emily is an award-winning financial journalist with over a decade of experience writing for consumer, trade and national publications. She writes about FinTech, investments, pensions, property and healthcare. Her work has appeared in titles such as The Financial Times, The Independent and Shares magazine.
Kate is a freelance journalist with over a decade’s experience reporting on business and IT. She has held Editor and News Reporter positions on titles including: The Inquirer, Marketing Week, and Mobile Magazine, and has written articles for the Guardian, the Times, the Economist, SC UK Magazine, and Wired UK. She is also a Forbes contributor covering European cyber security.
Helen Carter is a multi-award winning journalist who cut her teeth in journalism at the age of 18 straight out of school. She went on to work for regional newspapers including the Coventry Evening Telegraph and Lincolnshire Echo before joining the News of the World as a feature writer, covering stories about domestic violence and miscarriages of justice as well as the usual celebrity fare.
She finds crypto currency fascinating and bewildering in equal measure.
Lisa’s successful work in building and maintaining communications networks throughout the UK and across Europe and Asia allow her to bring a high level of international experience to Coin Rivet as she enjoys the challenge of working across multiple time zones and helping people work towards a common goal.
